Old Market, BristolHistoric and commercial
7 Redcross Street
A rare piece of Georgian Bristol survives at the centre of this building. Historic England records the Grade II listed façade as the birthplace of portrait painter Sir Thomas Lawrence PRA in 1769 and as part of what may have been Bristol’s earliest true terrace. The houses behind it were later rebuilt and incorporated into a late-20th-century office block.
The address went on to house public-analysis and scientific services and was most recently used as a school before its residential redevelopment. During the school phase, Master Plastics manufactured and installed replacement windows to both side elevations, working around the retained historic frontage and the repeated openings of the later wings.

Fishponds, BristolCommercial-to-residential
Beacon Tower, 602–604 Fishponds Road
Beacon Tower has changed use without losing its familiar place on the Fishponds skyline. Originally designed as a commercial office block—and remembered in the Master Plastics project record for its employment-office use—it was redeveloped as 44 apartments over seven floors.
Master Plastics completed the window work to the top floor. Dark frames sit naturally within the rooftop cladding beneath the projecting canopy, while the regular window rhythm keeps the new upper level visually connected to the long bands of openings below.

Staple HillNew apartments
Newdaw Apartments, 141 High Street
Staple Hill’s High Street grew with the area around it. South Gloucestershire Council traces the district’s rapid expansion to the arrival of railway and tram links in the 19th century and highlights the Victorian architecture that still gives the High Street much of its identity.
At Newdaw Apartments, Master Plastics manufactured and installed the white uPVC window and door package. Repeated arched heads give the main elevations a strong rhythm, while matching dormer windows continue the design at roof level. The result is a modern residential scheme with details that feel at home in an established local streetscape.

What the photographs show
Different properties need different specifications
Our gallery includes individual replacements, larger property renovations, new-build developments, garden rooms, conservatories, commercial glazing and rooflights. The photographs are useful for comparing frame colours, sightlines, opening arrangements and the way windows and doors sit alongside brick, render, timber cladding and patio finishes.
A photograph cannot show every technical detail, so each new project is considered separately. Sizes, glass, ventilation, security, thresholds, drainage and installation conditions are confirmed for the actual opening. Products shown here may therefore differ from the specification needed at another property.
If a completed project is close to the style you want, mention it when enquiring. Send photographs of your property and explain which features matter most. We can then discuss whether uPVC, aluminium, a composite entrance door or another solution is the most appropriate starting point. Approximate measurements help at the early stage, while installed work is surveyed before manufacture.
